Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Plentina is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Officer to work remotely from home. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and issue resolution - Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues as needed - Meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or related field - Proven track record of providing excellent customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and driven attitude towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction - Ability to make informed decisions and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
