Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Customer Service Representative to join our team at Globe Telecom in Davao City, Philippines. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide information about products and services - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, forms, and applications - Identify and escalate priority issues - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Cooperation and teamwork skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent - Bachelor's degree is a plus
