Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Booky, a leading e-commerce company based in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Assist with customer retention and loyalty programs. 8. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products. 9. Handle escalated customer issues with sensitivity and discretion. 10. Continuously improve customer service skills through training and professional development opportunities.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 6. Experience with CRM software is a plus. 7. People management and presentation skills. 8. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 9. Motivated to exceed customer expectations. 10. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
