Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bench in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs - Staying up-to-date on company products and promotions


Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
