Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


As a Customer Service Representative at Hilton in Quezon City, NCR, PH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay.


Responsibilities: - Addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures - Handling guest requests and coordinating with other departments to fulfill them - Providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Resolving any issues or complaints that may arise during a guest's stay - Maintaining a positive and welcoming attitude towards all guests - Collaborating with team members to create a seamless guest experience - Adhering to hotel policies and procedures at all times - Maintaining a clean and organized work area


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and adaptable personality traits - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using computer systems and software - Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry trends - Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
