Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Care Representative, you will provide an outstanding customer experience to clients while responding to their requests and queries regarding their telecommunications products and services. This is the ideal position for those who enjoy helping people and connecting with them.

In this role, you will:

• Answer inquiries about our products and services (home phone, television, internet and mobility) and suggest the appropriate solutions to the client according to their needs.
• Provide an excellent customer experience regarding the resolution of customer billing inquiries and enhance their understanding of billing processes and policies.
• Initiate adjustments to customer billing charges where appropriate and communicate outstanding amounts to customers.

What we're looking for:

• Ability to work in a shifting schedule
• Willing to work in San Mateo, Rizal
• At least Senior HS or HS Grad (old curriculum)
• Advance computer knowledge 
• Ability to quickly create a genuine connection with people.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously (think, talk and type information).
• Previous customer service or call center experience, an asset.
