Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at Globe Telecom in Makati, Philippines, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally 2. Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner 3. Provide information about products and services 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges 5. Maintain accurate customer records 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs 7. Uphold company policies and procedures 8. Requirements: 1. Resourceful and adaptable 2. Excellent communication skills 3. Attention to detail 4. Ability to work well under pressure 5. Strong problem-solving skills 6. High school diploma or equivalent 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite 8. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
