Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. 7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Resourceful and confident personality traits. 4. Ability to work well in a team and pay attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Flexibility to work full-time and occasionally work overtime. 7. Remote work flexibility.
