Job Description:


San Miguel Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Makati, NCR, Philippines. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This position is entry level and requires no prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for passionate and independent individuals looking to start a career in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Provide product information and assistance to customers. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes. 8. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers. 9. Handle escalated customer issues with patience and empathy. 10. Communicate customer feedback to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.


Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 2. Independent and able to work effectively with minimal supervision. 3. Strong people management and conflict resolution skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to think strategically and plan accordingly. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
