As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with order placement, product information, and issue resolution. 3. Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 6. Update customer records and information accurately in the database. 7. Identify trends and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively. 2. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. 3. Ability to work independently and demonstrate a strong work ethic. 4. Proficient in using technology and navigating various software programs. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required. 6. Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
