Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Expedock, a leading technology company specializing in document management solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Parañaque, NCR, PH.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting technical problems and providing solutions to customers - Managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate information is maintained - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues - Conducting regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction - Contributing to the improvement of customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Reliable and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Proven problem-solving and strategic planning skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using customer service software and tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
