Job Description:
As a Customer Success Assistant at ABS-CBN Corporation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns, and collaborating with various teams to optimize the customer experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to address customer needs and drive customer success. 4. Assist in onboarding new customers, providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of our products and services. 5. Monitor customer accounts, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management on customer satisfaction and engagement. 6. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working closely with the Sales team to drive revenue growth. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve our processes and services.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 4 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or a related role. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams. 4. Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to work well under pressure. 5. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer success. 6. Excellent planning and time management skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
