Job Description - Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


As a Customer Success Associate at Globe Telecom in Quezon City, NCR, PH, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services. You will act as a key contact point for customers, providing guidance, support, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. You will work closely with our sales, product, and technical teams to ensure the best possible customer experience.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of customers, understanding their business needs and goals - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products and services - Provide training and support to customers to help them use our products effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant teams for product improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and loyalty


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or account management - Passionate and driven individual with a strong customer focus - Excellent research skills and ability to navigate complex issues - Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
