Acudeen Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level position with a requirement of 7 years of experience, the Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' success and satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 2. Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients to maximize their usage and understanding of our offerings. 3. Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. 4. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and potential areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and drive product enhancements. 6. Track and report on key performance metrics, including client satisfaction and retention rates. 7. Lead customer success initiatives and projects to drive value and increase overall client satisfaction. 8. Act as a customer advocate within the company, championing client needs and priorities.
Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in a customer success or account management role. 2. Independent and motivated with a strong sense of ownership and initiative. 3. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 7. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
