Job Description - Customer Success Manager


Job Description:


Fetch Valet is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer success or a related field, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and rapport to understand their needs and goals - Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive customer success and retention - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide ongoing support - Analyze customer data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Present insights and recommendations to clients to optimize their use of our products and services - Advocate for clients within the organization to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve our processes


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven to achieve results and exceed customer expectations
