Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

Resellee, a fast-growing technology company based in Makati, NCR, PH, is seeking a Customer Success Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer success or a related field.

As the Customer Success Officer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our products and services. You will be the main point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing them with the support they need to succeed. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and goals, and helping them achieve success through our products.

To excel in this role, you must be hardworking and resilient, with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction. You should have excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, as you will be working closely with clients to address their concerns and convince them of the value of our products.

In addition to these qualities, the ideal candidate will also have a passion for customer service and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.
