Job Description - Customer Success Officer


Job Description:


Saphron is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Officer to join our team in Taguig, NCR. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customers through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship management.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and engagement - Understand customer needs and provide solutions to ensure their success with our products - Onboard new customers and provide training to help them maximize the value of our services - Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements - Monitor customer usage data and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Conduct regular check-ins and provide proactive support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 3+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role - Hardworking and driven with a passion for customer satisfaction - Strong presentation and communication skills - Excellent time management and organizational abilities - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
