Remote Customer Success Officer

Overview: Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is looking for a Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. The ideal candidate will be energetic, dedicated, and possess strong planning and teamwork skills. This position is at the Associate Level and requires at least 2 years of experience in a customer success role. As a Remote Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional support and assistance.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and concerns - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant departments for product improvement - Create and maintain customer success metrics and reports

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in a customer success role - Energetic and dedicated personality - Strong planning and teamwork skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software - Ability to work independently and remotely - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
