Job Description:
Phoenix Petroleum Philippines is looking for a dedicated Customer Success Representative to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and support throughout their journey with our company.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services. 3. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved effectively. 5. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed. 6. Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement. 7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively support customers.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 2. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 3. Hardworking with a strong work ethic. 4. Highly adaptable to changing situations and priorities. 5. Possess emotional intelligence to handle difficult customer situations effectively. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to work well in a team environment.
