Remote Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

Machine Ventures is seeking a Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers to ensure their overall satisfaction with our products and services. This is a full-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success with our products - Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Assist with onboarding new customers and providing training and support as needed - Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition for new customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role - Dedicated and energetic personality - Strong analytical skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
