Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role.


As a Customer Support Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to our clients. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


In addition to providing customer support, you will also assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and generating reports. Strong planning and time management skills are essential for success in this role, as you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.


The ideal candidate for this position will be adaptable and reliable, able to quickly adjust to changing priorities and meet deadlines. A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to help our customers are also key traits we are looking for in a candidate.
