Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Support Assistant to join our team at ZipMatch in Makati, NCR, PH. As a key player in our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Take ownership of customer issues and follow them through to resolution - Provide information about our products and services to customers - Assist in processing orders and resolving billing issues - Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels - Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and issues - Continuously develop knowledge of our products and services in order to effectively assist customers


Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
