Job Description - Customer Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Lazada Philippines. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will work from home to provide excellent customer service and support to our customers. This role requires someone who is independent, hardworking, and able to adapt to different situations.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and hardworking personality traits - Strong analytical skills and adaptability - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent
