Job Description - Remote Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Solaire Resort & Casino is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively through phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with account management, payment processing, and technical support. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met quickly and efficiently. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the team lead. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Must be passionate and hardworking with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. 3. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. 4. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions. 5. Ability to work remotely and independently in a fast-paced environment. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
