Job Description - Remote Customer Support Associate

AllCare is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Makati, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their needs. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues as needed. 6. Support customer retention efforts through personalized interactions and solutions.


Requirements: 1. Reliable and driven individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members. 3. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. 4. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. 5. Experience with CRM software and call center systems is preferred.
