Job Description:
MadEats is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our customer support team to deliver exceptional service to our customers. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the customer support team to ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to support continuous improvement - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, working towards a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in a customer support management role - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Resilient and confident personality traits - Strong cooperation and creativity soft skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
