Job Description - Remote Customer Support Manager

Advance is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer support management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued customers.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer support representatives to deliver exceptional service to customers - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement - Train and onboard new team members to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and issues - Handle escalated customer concerns and provide resolutions in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support management


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer support management, preferably in a remote setting - Energetic and passionate about delivering high-quality customer service - Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Experience with CRM software and customer support tools
