Job Description:
AIDE Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Manager to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a Customer Support Manager at AIDE Home Health Care, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will lead a team of customer support representatives and work closely with other departments to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on our services.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives, including training, coaching, and performance management - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective support for clients - Monitor customer interactions and review customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner - Analyze customer data and trends to make recommendations for improving customer satisfaction - Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer support activities
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Proven experience in a managerial or team leadership role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Teamwork and collaboration skills - Planning and organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
