Job Description - Remote Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


AIDE Home Health Care is currently seeking a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Support Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients remotely.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our services - Assist clients in navigating our online platform and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter - Respond to customer complaints and work towards resolving them in a timely and efficient manner - Communicate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong planning and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in using customer support software and online platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
