Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Flowerstore.ph, a leading online flower delivery service based in Caloocan, NCR, PH, is currently seeking a Customer Support Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Processing orders and payments accurately - Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Motivated and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong critical thinking and research abilities - At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - High school diploma; additional certification in customer service is a plus
