Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Homebase is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues or complaints efficiently and effectively. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identify and report trends in customer issues to improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Provide product information and support to customers as needed. 7. Work closely with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. 3. Adaptable and resourceful with the ability to think on your feet. 4. Strong strategic planning and project management skills. 5. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
