Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

ABS-CBN Corporation is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. This is a full-time entry-level position with zero years of experience required. The ideal candidate will be reliable and energetic, with strong analysis and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and account management - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and provide feedback on customer needs - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Prior experience in customer service is a plus - Analytical mindset and strong project management skills
