Job Description - Customer Support Representative


Job Description:


AllCare is seeking a passionate and confident Customer Support Representative to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers - Attention to detail and strong research skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
