Customer Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Support Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Taguig, NCR, PH. The ideal candidate will be an entry-level professional with at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution - Process orders and follow up on delivery status - Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Document all interactions and maintain accurate customer records - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Entry-level position, 1 year of experience in customer support preferred - Motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to adapt to changing situations and think creatively to solve problems - High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or certifications a plus
