Job Description:
Booky is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will work remotely from home and be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our valued customers. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, proactive, and has exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account maintenance, order processing, and issue resolution - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Energetic and driven personality - Excellent communication skills - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
