Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


As a Customer Support Specialist at Lazada Philippines, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support to our customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a professional and courteous manner. In addition, you will actively contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints to the satisfaction of the customer - Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and report trends in customer issues to management - Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures - Assist in training new customer support team members


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in any field - 1 year of customer service experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Motivated and confident personality - Ability to manage people effectively - Creative problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
