Job Description - Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


San Miguel Brewery Inc. is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As a full-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of complex issues. 4. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records. 5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and procedures. 6. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.


Requirements: 1. Personality traits: Resourceful, confident 2. Soft skills: Planning, project management 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 7. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
