Remote Live Chat Assistant

Job description:

We are looking for a Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Resellee in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate level position, we require a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work remotely.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Proficient in typing and using live chat software - Adaptability to changing customer needs and company policies - Driven to succeed and meet customer satisfaction goals - Creativity and critical thinking skills to problem solve effectively
