Job Description - Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for an experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team at Ayala Land in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our live chat channels, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving engagement. This role is ideal for someone with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management and a strong background in online communication platforms.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement live chat strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction - Monitor live chat conversations and provide timely responses to customer inquiries - Train and mentor a team of live chat agents to deliver high-quality customer service - Analyze chat data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate live chat into omnichannel customer experiences - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in an online environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and confident in handling challenging customer interactions - Proven ability to research and solve complex problems - Experience with live chat platforms and CRM tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
