Job Description - Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


AllCare, a leading healthcare company in Parañaque, NCR, PH, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service and chat management, you will be responsible for overseeing our live chat support operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of live chat agents, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure high-quality customer interactions. 2. Develop strategies to optimize chat response times, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates. 3. Monitor chat conversations for quality assurance and compliance with company policies. 4. Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues. 6. Implement and maintain chat management tools and systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2. Proficiency in chat management software and tools. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and engage a team. 5. Experience in data analysis and reporting. 6. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 7. Resilient and able to handle high-pressure situations with grace. 8. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 9. Vision insurance would be a plus.
