Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Live Chat Manager to join our team at ZipMatch, a leading real estate platform in the Philippines. As a Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our live chat operations and ensuring top-notch customer service to our clients. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Makati, NCR, PH.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of live chat operators, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Monitor live chat performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Develop and maintain quality standards for all live chat interactions. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for live chat communication. 7. Implement training programs for live chat operators to enhance their skills and knowledge. 8. Analyze live chat data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in a customer service or live chat management role. 2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 5. Proven track record of problem-solving and creativity in a fast-paced environment. 6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Proficient in using live chat software and other communication tools. 8. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
