Job Description:
BeautyMNL, the Philippines' premier online beauty destination, is seeking a motivated and passionate Live Chat Officer to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform.
Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers through live chat to address inquiries, provide product information, assist with orders, and resolve any issues or concerns. 2. Monitor and respond to incoming messages promptly and professionally. 3. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while assisting customers with their needs. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels. 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance communication and problem-solving skills. 8. Adhere to company guidelines and protocols to ensure high-quality service delivery at all times.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Excellent multitasking abilities and time management skills. 5. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and other digital communication tools. 7. Prior experience in e-commerce or beauty industry is a plus. 8. Must be motivated, passionate, adaptable, and have excellent time management skills.
