Responsibilities: - Manage live chat conversations with customers in a professional and timely manner - Answer inquiries about products, promotions, orders, and other related topics - Resolve customer issues, complaints, and feedback efficiently and effectively - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement - Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Reliable and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Problem-solving skills and creativity to handle various customer scenarios - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
