Live Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Pushkart.ph is seeking a Live Chat Officer to join our team as a full-time remote employee. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through live chat communication. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with any inquiries they may have regarding our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently through live chat communication - Providing accurate information about our products and services - Assisting customers with placing orders, making changes to their accounts, and resolving any issues they may have - Escalating complex problems to the appropriate department for further assistance - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Working closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Associate level seniority with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic - Decision-making skills and the ability to effectively manage people - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - High attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home
