Remote Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Expedock is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team in Taguig, NCR, Philippines. As a full-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and be comfortable working remotely.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via live chat, providing timely and accurate responses - Assist customers with product information, orders, and troubleshooting - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and customer experience - Ensure all interactions are logged and documented accurately in the system

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and dedicated with a strong attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment - Proficient in using live chat software and other communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
