Job Description:

As a Remote Live Chat Representative at Robinsons Land Corporation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat interactions. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with inquiries, concerns, or feedback regarding our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat - Provide accurate and detailed information to customers - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services - Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed individual performance targets - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned by management

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Dedicated and reliable work ethic - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
