As a Live Chat Representative at BeautyMNL, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through their online shopping experience.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat - Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and order processing - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Provide personalized recommendations and styling advice - Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of customer concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet and exceed customer service targets and KPIs - Collaborate with the team to improve processes and procedures for better customer experience
Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Dedicated and hardworking attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction - Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks - Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customers' needs - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
