Job Description:
FlySpaces is seeking a motivated and dedicated Live Chat Representative to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time via live chat to assist with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly and professionally. 2. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns. 4. Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. 5. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and customer retention efforts. 6. Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment. 5. Team-player mentality with a focus on collaboration and project management. 6. Must be self-motivated, dedicated, and able to work independently. 7. Previous experience with live chat platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
