Live Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

ZipMatch is currently seeking a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as a Live Chat Representative. This is a work-from-home position based in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support to assist clients with their inquiries and provide solutions to their concerns.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers through live chat to address their questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services to prospective clients - Assist clients in navigating our website and online platform - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team - Follow up with clients to ensure their needs have been met and maintain customer satisfaction - Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - High school diploma or equivalent - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Strong computer skills and proficiency in online communication tools
