Job Description - Remote Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:


Xepto Computing is seeking a Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our growing team. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform. You will engage with customers in real-time to address inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide general product support.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat. - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary. - Proactively engage with customers to upsell products or services. - Keep accurate records of interactions with customers and follow up as needed. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends. - Meet or exceed performance goals for response times and customer satisfaction.


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. - Excellent written communication skills. - Reliable and hardworking attitude. - Strong time management skills. - Ability to make quick and effective decisions. - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus.
